SXSW

March is approaching, which means another SXSW film and interactive festival. I'll be straddling the film/interactive divide again this year on a film panel called, "The Future of Film Blogs" with David Hudson of GreenCine Daily. I'll also be hosting a double feature of Waking Life and Dazed and Confused to mark the grand opening of the new south Austin Alamo Drafthouse location. I tentatively marked the dates on my calendar, but they may change.
I'm really looking forward to the festival this year, and I hope to meet a lot of cool and creative people, or possibly drum up some interest for some new projects. If the festival is anything this year like it was last year, I have to say that the interactive portion is where it's at, and I will definitely be giving it the fair share of my attention. I'll be sure and blog as much of it as I can.

Last night was Tamara's 28th birthday and we threw a great little party in her honor. Thanks to everybody who came, Tamara is thrilled with the mountain of goodies she got. Unfortunately I didn't think to snap any pictures this time, but it was definitely memorable.
